Know my thoughts and prayers are with you both..There is an ache in our hearts and life for Justin! His memory will reign on in hearts and mind. He will always be with you watching over you as Angels always do. Please know that your extended family (all the frinds) loves and is praying for you two.

Just know that while the pain and sorrow are to unbearable for words right now, one day you will think of Justin with a smile.... I feel for the two of you, know that I am here for you if you need anything. Don't forget to take the help offered and rely on faith. I love you Monica.

Monica and Kirk, I just want to wrap my arms around you both to protect you from the pain you must be feeling. I feel like I knew Justin through all of the stories that you shared with me. I only knew him as the wakeboard king on the lake. The boat that you followed for an awesome show and the guy that you did not want to follow if you were wakeboarding next. His memory will always live on. Jared and I are thinking of you and your family. A hug is always readily available. We love you both!

To Justin's Loved Ones-

I knew Justin for only a short time but he still impacted me with his endless happiness and gargantuan smile! He was one of the first people to befriend me in a place where I knew hardly anyone and felt somewhat out of my element, and I am sure that he did the same for endless others as well. He will be sorely missed by many and you'll be in my prayers.

Monica, as I have been searching for the most appropriate words to say I find myself thinking about the bond we have. Through the years of our friendship we have been fortunate to have come to a place where we just know what each other is feeling and thinking. So with that, you know how much you mean to me.
When the days seem dark I hope you will turn to me to lean on as you have been there for me to lean on in the past. My thoughts will continue to be with you, Kirk, your family and Justin’s friends.
As these past few days have gone by I’ve been continually thinking of a particular song; we all know that life isn’t scripted, nor should it be, for if it were:
“we would have missed the dance”…
Love, Carrie

Dear Monica and family,
I write to you on behalf of the staff at Browne Elementary. Monica, you are such a champion for our students and without a doubt I'm positive you bring that spirit to all and parented with your whole heart.
Please accept our sincerest sympathy.

To all of you who have commented here on our family's blog site . . . please know that your kind words are so healing for Kirk and I. Just to have a place where we can come each day to connect with people about Justin will help us get through these difficult days. Bless you all!

My and Justin's lives only crossed paths briefly, but he was someone I had never forgotten. He was so animated, hilarious, and loving. He treated me with such care and resepect, which when I was 19 years old was hard to come by in a guy. I will never forget his smile. Though your hearts must be breaking, I hope you find comfort in knowing that you raised an amazing son who made this world a better place.
